Those picturesque cottages used to be an inextricable part of the complex, because at the time when Georgilas Cave House was a lively farm, “Ipostatika” were serving as warehouses for the storage of several cereals, flour, oil, wine and “strofilia” (the local drink made from the grape skins). What is more, their northern-west position was ensuring a steadily cool temperature ideal for the natural refrigeration of fresh fruits, vegetables and cheese produced from the fields under Georgilas Cave House.
Notwithstanding, following an attentive restoration, “Ipostatika” can ideally host couples, which seek for romance and relaxation, as well as young parents with one small child!

**The premises do not include electric air conditions. The thick stone foundations create a stable indoor environment without temperature fluctuations, so throughout the day the temperature will be naturally cool. Also, the National Archeological Committee does not allow the addition of electrical devices to be installed in exposed areas, because it would alter the traditional design of the establishment.
***For 2020, due to covid-19 outbreak, we have a strict policy of Check-in and Check-out, in order to thoroughly clean the house. until your departure, you can stay at the common areas of the establisment as long as you need.
Into an area of 40m2 there is an extra – large built double-bed, a baby – cot, a spacious living room, an equipped kitchenette, a spacious bathroom in “rosé” colouring, with built shower and double wash-basin.
The decoration is mainly rustic with antiques and handmade furniture. The private terrace has direct access to the pool and the garden, as well as panoramic view to Eggares Valley.
